No means "Yes" and "No?"
We've reached a point in this joyous privilege of raising a kid where Daddy and I have to "figure out" what YES and NO really mean (among other things).

Joseph’s vocabulary is getting better by the day. He’s picking up new words at school as well as at home and he definitely understands EVERYTHING you tell him or ask him. If he’s not shrugging his shoulders to say he doesn’t know, he’s verbally trying to tell you what’s on his mind.

Why is it, though, that he can understand us and it takes an act of congress for us to understand him?! I mean, aren't we suppose to be the "adults" in this thing?

I guess that’s all a part of the privilege!

Joseph…do you want some more rice? And, you might want to eat out of the other side of the spoon…it may be easier :-)

Lunch at Pappadeaux's with my Mommy and Daddy!

"My first full-day in YT's"
I graduated today to the Young Toddler class at my school! I wasn't too excited about it when my Mommy dropped me off...I cried for a bit, but once I saw a couple of my old friends from my other class, I was ok!

Here is a picture of me and Mommy after my long first day!

I can't wait to see what's in store tomorrow!

Kayla...
"Squeeze me tighter!"

Ok, but Mommy...
"I want to go over there so that I can see the dog again...

...Come on, I'll show you where he went!"

Lailah...
"I'm not familiar with that song...Can we sing another one?"

Paw-Paw Ken...
"Isn't there a such thing as child labor laws?
