"Me & my Daddy at Krystle's graduation!"

Congratulations Krystle!
"On Friday night I went to my very FIRST commencement ceremony! My cousin Krystle graduated from San Jacinto Christian Academy. Everybody said that I behaved very well, but my Mommy says I moved around alot...I didn't want to sit still :-)

Krystle...my Daddy, Mommy and I are so proud of you! Keep up the good work...We love you!

Oh...please don't pay attention to my snotty nose in the picture. I have a cold."

Scott Joplin? Mozart? Beethoven? Brahms?...
BROWN!
You HAD to be there!
Yep...it's late. Joseph is "asleep"...ok, YES...in our bed! Daddy and Mommy are trying to have a "quiet" conversation about each other's day and what happens?

Joseph opens his eyes...sits up...looks at his dad (as if to say, "ummm...could you please stop talking!")...smacks his lips(like there's leftover sweet potatoes in his teeth) and literally falls back down on the bed; back into a deep sleep.

How hilarious is that? I guess you had to be there...

Needless to say though, Daddy and I decided to finish our conversation in the morning :-)
Let's concentrate on the task at hand...
...crawl...Then sit and turn around! YAY Joseph :-)
In the pool at my Uncle Len's house...
"Not only did I get a chicken bone today, but I also got a chance to go swimming in my Uncle Len's pool (just call me Michael Phelps...the 6-time Olympic Swimming Gold Medalist)!

Oh and take a look at me shootin' some hoops in the pool! Can you say...TWO POINTS :-)"

Chicken Bone...
"My Mommy is really strict about what I eat. She says that just because some kids eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at two months old, doesn't mean that I should too. But today at my Uncle Len's house, my Daddy gave me a chicken bone...Yep...a nice big barbequed chicken bone! Go ahead and see for yourself...Yummy!"

My Trip to Orlando!
"This Memorial Day weekend was so much fun! I took my first plane ride to Orlando, Florida for a family reunion! I traveled with my Mommy, my Uncle Man, my Auntie Dee Dee and my cousin Jeremiah (it was his first plane ride too!). My Mommy said that I did really good on the plane...I didn't cry or anything. Take off and landing wasn't all that great, but my Mommy says she has a hard time with that too! In Orlando I got to meet a lot of new family members, I went swimming, I went to Downtown Disney and everything...it was Great! My Mommy said we couldn't go to Disney World because I was too little...I wouldn't enjoy it; so she said that she and my Daddy would take me back when I was a little bit older.

Oh and guess what?! I'm crawling now too...Yep...AND...I have a new tooth coming in (Ouch!). It has only taken me 9 months to start crawling, but I figure...why rush it! Now is as good of a time as any! Ok...

Enjoy my slideshow...My Mommy says it's time for me to go to bed! Talk to you soon :-)"
Orlando Fun!
Joseph from now on...
You can only eat at the table!
Doctor's visit...
Joseph went for his nine months check-up on last week. His doctor said that he is doing great...no developmental delays...no serious medical conditions...But...

She did mention something about "patience" and how ripping up the exam room paper does not bring the doctor in any faster!

I get "around!"
Accident waiting to happen?
I must admit...Joseph has had his bout' with rolling out of the bed! And aside from Mommy nearly having a massive heart attack AND a stroke...Joseph survived! Yeah, yeah...call CPS if you must!

Tell me this...

Since Joseph knows how to "stand up" in his own bed now...Does that mean he will soon use it for purposes other than sleeping?

Joseph...PLEASE DON'T JUMP!!!

Read all about it...I'm 9mos. today!

Happy Mother's Day!
"Today I surprised my Gran' Betty at her church in Texas City by paying her a visit. I think my surprise worked because she said that she was very happy to see us...plus she gave me a really big kiss! Here I am with her and my brother/cousin Jeremiah."

"Oh...and this other lady...that's my Mommy!"

"Ok...so...I'm at my Ti Pam's house..."
"I don't have any teething biscuits, so what do I do? I have my mommy take off all of the salt of a Ritz cracker and give it to me! Tastes pretty good too I might add! See for yourself...I still have some on the tip of my tongue :-)"

Sunday afternoon at Carrabbas...
I don't know...the "book" tells you to break food up into small pieces before giving it to your child; you know for choking risks...

ummm...what happened here?!

Two of Mommy's most "FavoritEST" people!
Joseph...I'm really thinking you are getting this camera thing down!

Smile :-)

"Suited" up and ready to go?!
